Please go to any Kirkwood ticket office, present a photo ID, and you’ll be able to pick up your pass. Whenever possible, stop by the ticket office the day before you go skiing to avoid morning delays. And if time permits, please call the Epic Pass Service Center at 970-754-0005 and a new pass will be mailed. Whistler-Blackcomb guest call 604-967-8950. Or contact a pass agent via Live Chat at EpicPass.com to have a new pass issued.
